When we rebuild or repurpose a piece of automation equipment, we follow the same process we use for building a custom system from scratch. In other words, we build them to do exactly what you want them to do and to keep working for a long time.

For example, over a decade ago we built a bundle turnover for one of our customers. Well, in that time frame, automotive innovations and changes rendered this particular turnover system obsolete. Namely, it was too narrow to accommodate today’s larger blank sizes. Our customer brought it back to us for rebuilding, we stretched it out and now it can go back to their facility for another 10 more years of turnover work.
